BMHS Star Seeker Series
These classes will be dropped from the BMHS Spring Show from 2025 onwards. They will only be offered at BMHS Breed Shows in the autumn.
The 2024 Breed Show will be held on 31st August at Stretcholt EC, Stretcholt, Bridgewater, Somerset.
There will be 4 classes, open to all horses NOT registered with BMHS:
Class 1. Open yearlings
Class 2. Open 2 year olds
Class 3. Open mares and geldings 3 years old and above.
Class 4. Open stallions 3 years old and above.
Championship to follow open to 1st and 2nd prize winners from the above classes.
The Champion ONLY will be eligible for BMHS Studbook status subject to vetting, measuring and assessment.
Studbook status is NOT guaranteed, the horse must achieve a score of 70% or more in the assessment, to be included on to the studbook.
The assessment will be carried out on the day by experienced BMHS personnel.
