2024 Encore Championship
This championship is open to 1st and 2nd prize winners from all the HOYS qualifying classes at shows during the current season that have NOT won a HOYS ticket. If, later in the season, these prize winners also win a HOYS ticket they are no longer eligible for the Encore. Therefore, a horse may be eligible right up until the very last HOYS tickets are won, classes for these are held in the morning session at the Breed Show. Thus, these final HOYS ticket winners are no longer eligible for the Encore Championship that evening and their name is removed from the start list. Horses that have won a HOYS ticket at one of the current season shows are NOT eligible to enter this Championship.
